I've been having some problems with my back lately. Thankfully, I married a spine specialist. Ella thinks its hilarious to help while I do my stretches. She climbs on and adds a little extra challenge to the situation.

Anthony can't do any of his stretches without all four kids climbing on...it's pretty funny.
